Top 10 of 2007: # 8 Nina Nastasia & Jim White
I like PJ Harvey, Tanya Donnelly, The Spinanes, Mecca Normal, and Neko Case is okay but I like Nina Nastasia best... especially in this two piece form with Jim from The Dirty Three on drums.
